1 Agreement Overview

By accessing or using the ShishiMei B2B platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Partner," "you," or "your") and Guangzhou Shishimei E-commerce Co., Ltd ("ShishiMei," "we," "us," or "our").

2 B2B Invitation-Only Access

ShishiMei operates as an exclusive B2B platform. Access to our product catalog, pricing, and ordering features is by invitation only.

• ◆Invitation codes are issued at our sole discretion
• ◆Each invitation code is tied to a registered business entity
• ◆We reserve the right to revoke access at any time without notice

3 Account Registration

To become a Partner, you must:

• ◆Keep your account credentials confidential
• ◆Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• ◆Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4 Products & Pricing

All products displayed on our platform are B2B wholesale offerings. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

5 Orders & Inquiries

All orders placed through our platform are subject to confirmation. A formal quotation will be provided following your inquiry submission. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written acknowledgment from ShishiMei.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the property of ShishiMei or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShishiMei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products in question.

8 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Guangzhou, China, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
